Lauren has worked in Palm Beach County since she moved to South Florida five years ago and has expertise in the Boca Raton and Delray Beach communities where she resides. She is also licensed in New York, where she worked as a Realtor® in Westchester County, helping families transition out of New York City to the suburbs.
Prior to her transition to real estate, Lauren, a graduate of Cornell University, was an Account Director at one of the world’s largest advertising agencies in New York, where she managed national marketing for large brands.
About Liran:
Liran brings an impressive background of exceptional analytical, communication and negotiating expertise combined with a passion for personal real estate investing. His accomplished career spans 25 years in New York at J.P. Morgan, where he was a senior executive managing an international team, negotiating multi-million-dollar transactions that involved negotiations with senior level corporate executives. His passion for real estate began more than 25 years ago, when he purchased his first property, and he continues to invest in and manage real estate in New York and Florida. He is also a licensed mortgage broker in Florida [NMLS# 2354892].
Liran diligently stays abreast of current market trends, and can quickly assess whether an investment makes financial sense. He approaches each negotiation through multiple lenses to achieve the best results. Throughout his career, he has earned respect for conducting business with the highest level of integrity and an open line of communication. His top priority in helping clients buy or sell a home is to provide an incomparable level of service -- from contract to closing.
Liran earned an Undergraduate degree in Finance and Management from the University at Albany and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
Lauren and Liran have been happily married for over 15 years and have two sons. They enjoy both family time at home and worldwide travel. The family loves tennis and pushing Lauren to keep up on the slopes with Liran and their boys.
